By accessing CrystalNodebase.digital, you enter into a binding legal agreement with CrystalNode Base. These terms govern your interaction with our digital platforms and the preliminary engagement with our node systems. If you do not agree with any part of these operational rules, we must kindly ask you to cease using our infrastructure services immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our platform updates, and continued use of our systems implies acceptance of the revised infrastructure framework.
02 Infrastructure Usage Protocols
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize the information and tools provided by CrystalNode Base. While we strive to provide 99.9% availability for our public-facing data infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access during scheduled maintenance or unpredictable system upgrades.

03 Intellectual Assets
All proprietary protocols, software code, node systems architecture, and visual content on this site are the exclusive property of CrystalNode Base. This includes our unique methodologies for optimizing infrastructure performance within the Malaysian digital landscape.

Any use of our trademarks, including the CrystalNode Base name or logo, without prior written consent, is a violation of international intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
CrystalNode Base provides high-performance infrastructure solutions on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we maintain rigorous standards, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our node systems.
Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to use the specific service in question during the six months preceding the claim.
04 Governance & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with CrystalNode Base and its digital infrastructure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
